Newborn Baby Boy | Cody

It was an absolute delight to be invited into Mel and Doug's home in North Perth to capture their newborn baby boy Cody

Doug has an interest in photography himself so it was nice to chat about cameras, lighting and all things photography.

Big sister Lauren who is nearly 2 years old absolutely adores her little brother and was giving him lots of sweet little kisses. Lauren wasn't too keen to stay still for the photo shoot however we still captured a nice family photo and some candid photos of them together. As a photographer, I am very patient with little ones and whilst it's not always smooth sailing I always do my absolute best.

It was a touching sentiment to include a special toy in today's session, one that was Mel and Doug's first daughter's Amber. Amber is sadly not with us anymore however she holds a special place in her parents hearts and would have been proudly looking down at her sister and new brother. Baby Cody was an absolute delight, thanks again for trusting me to capture these special memories.
